Jacaranda Business Support Services (JBSS) began in March 1999 to support businesses in their administrative duties, specialising in business planning and support, writing and editing.

JBSS is operated by Donna-Marie Coggins who holds qualifications in Small Business Management, Office Administration and Journalism. Additionally, Donna-Marie is the editor of The Business Mums Magazine and contributing writer to a number of business and professional magazines and websites.

While JBSS is no longer able to take on new clients, Donna-Marie highly recommends the services of Heart Harmony for all your writing needs.

To further assist business owners in her local community, Donna-Marie arranges monthly Coffee & Chat Club Mornings and bi-monthly Business Growth Sessions where attendees learn new management skills for their businesses, along with gaining a strong sense of encouragement and support from other members. Many of these members have formed strategic alliances and enjoy working together on joint projects and promotional activities.
